The friction you feel with those around you is merely indicative of the purging of the old in preparation for the new. It is similar to a cathartic physical event that necessitates the regurgitating of the residue of toxic material in order to cleanse and purify the system for the new. Treat yourselves gently. This will soon pass and you will begin the road to recovery.

As for what this might look like we might suggest:

Be of good cheer. Your environment will conform to your attitude. If you anticipate problems and negativity, guess what you will get? The universe is getting better and better at creating a world based upon our beliefs. Were it ever so?

Believe you are capable of living the life of your intentions. Does what comes out of your mouth reflect your deep inner beliefs? No wonder there is confusion and unfulfilled expectations when you cannot even get on the same page with yourself! Be true to your word and utter only what you truly believe. Until we are honest with ourselves, little is likely to transpire on the outer planes that will be reflective of this.

How limited is your field of vision? Do you have trouble seeing anything beyond the narrow experience of the past? If time, money and resources were no object, what would you use your divine resources to create? Who would you bring along for the adventure? What would be the benefit to the greater good of this succeeding? That should be the focus of your efforts. All else will fall into place.

What would you like to see others accomplish? How can you help them to make that so? If you were on a nominating committee for those to be on the ascension express, who might you think would be most qualified to make the journey? What might you do to assist their effort?

How can you rearrange your life and priorities to move through this time of challenge in order to maximize your own effectiveness? If you were all-knowing what do you see that others might miss that would give you a leg up on the process? You have a unique view of life from your spot on the “elephant”. What do you observe that others may have missed that could be the missing piece in their puzzle. It is time to come together and begin sharing notes. This is a group endeavor and the more you are willing to collaborate with others on the path, the sooner all will see the way into the new paradigm. Rock, paper, scissors…

Institutional Evolution

As you define the keepers in your experience in the new paradigm, we might suggest you look at the institutions you have known in the past to see those that reflect the ideals and framework of new thought. Are they dynamic and flexible enough to grow and evolve as we move rapidly through stages of transformation and understanding? Do they hold too tightly to the stepping stones of past experience or do they use that as merely the gateway to more complete understanding? Is this a multidimensional classroom with the leaders of the new sharing their knowledge and empowering others to achieve their greater potential as well? Are the remnants of competition slowly disintegrating with new encouragement and appreciation of the unique things we all bring to be woven into the tapestry of life?

Are the religious and governmental institutions of your world being reborn into this new frequency of Loving awareness? What parts need revamping or even dismantling in order to achieve this pattern? How is the pattern of spiritual communities replacing the closed environments of blind faith, limited growth and understanding? What can be done institutionally and governmentally to assure that these new patterns of association will become the norm and the desired form in a new world?  If you begin with those that proclaim to be religious or spiritual in nature, which live that intention? These are the things religious and governmental institutions are struggling with as they come into resonance with the challenges of the new paradigm of Oneness.

Speaking of Oneness – how does this manifest in areas on the world stage? We would like to suggest that all bands or levels of consciousness, even within a person, are not evolving simultaneously. Someone or some country or entity may be quite evolved or advanced in some aspect of life but still quite primitive in understanding and subsequent actions in another. Integration and growth requires that all areas of experience be elevated into a higher frequency for ascension to take place. Allow, encourage and help facilitate growth and understanding at all levels.

So what areas of life need remedial attention? Do the institutions of government proclaim one goal but get mired in lower lessons and frequencies in others? What can be done collectively to patch this leaky spot so that the higher understanding is not eroded by this fracture in the substructure? Is there any person or principle that is causing this to go askew? How can you express your insight, motivate others or in some way shed light on the situation in order to affect positive change? It requires insight, courage, and tenacity to redirect the massive edifices of government but with enough sparks of light a fire will be created that can burn away the dross and leave fertile ground for rebuilding.

Then there are the relationships in your life that are undoubtedly undergoing accelerated growth which does not always set well who find that a fearful thing. Fears are usually grounded in belief in lack rather than abundance. If we believe we live in an abundant universe and that all of our needs are met in grace even though we may be challenged by our resistance and disbelief, there is truly nothing to fear. It comes down to do we truly believe this? What would it take to alter our perceptions and shift our paradigm accordingly? Perhaps we should begin by examining why we may not believe in a provident outcome and that we are worthy to receive God’s grace. Our core issues usually come down to beliefs about separation between God, self, and others which is manifested in our relationships. As we begin to empower ourselves and believe we are worthy of having God’s grace in our lives, the world will shift to mirror that belief. This is what the new paradigm will look like, and no matter what changes, we are protected in a bubble of God’s Love. All else is just details.

As you come into resonance with others who are making this shift together you will begin to sense that this is really a different experience, fully grounded in the energies of peace, love and joy. Some things may resemble the old but the underlying framework has changed. You are feeling and sensing a difference and that is the unifying threads of Oneness are drawing us closer and closer into a pattern of wholeness. Allow the healings of the fragmented parts of the old to take place and be willing to hold this light for others as they step into the new patterns unfolding.  All is good…All is God. And so it is…

New Patterns of Growth

If you were to step back and look at the patterns of growth you have mastered throughout your life experience you would begin to see the interconnection between experiences that have been woven from a continuous thread fed from your soul.  Everyone you met and connected with came at exactly the right time to teach you the steps you needed for the next dance. As you build your muscles of understanding, new challenges and opportunities arrive to prepare you for the next adventure. Missteps and stumbles give you the opportunity to learn the lessons from different teachers until the dance is mastered and you are able to move on.

What you are doing now is entering the master’s class where all around you have been preparing for this recital of life. You have been preparing in private and now it is time to bring the pieces together. The master’s classes have begun.

Many are finding that the music has changed and the tempo is different. Instead of a few in the lead roles and the rest forming the chorus, this is a line where all are shining in their brilliance from different angles. The lead players take turns sharing their steps in the dance of excellence and each addition brings the vibration a note higher until all are singing in the octave of One.

As to how this is playing out in the world of form, you may have noticed how your relationships are morphing into a different frequency as well. As more and more soulmates find each other they are able to help each other remove the shackles of limited perception that have tethered them to the past ways of being together. You are finding that old conventions such as marriage are no longer the limiting forms they once were, based on scarcity and competition. In a society based upon love, there are many ways that we can love each other that are not bound by the tethers and restrictions of conventional marriage.

As your world becomes more complex, there will be more freedom to find the pieces of relationships that nourishes your soul and perhaps join with others in community to complete your missing parts. While there will always be partnerships based upon procreation, that need not be the only purpose in coming together with complimentary souls. There are many ways of forming intimate unions, and many of them do not include physical intimacy. How intimate a journey is it with another that shares ones deepest soul longings and experiences? How does this compare with physical couplings based merely upon physical attraction? You are redefining the pieces of your world and honoring the deeper intentions of your purpose together which may be quite different from the old paradigm of marriage.

So how do you go about assessing the relationships in your life and what you contribute to the growth and understanding of each other? We might suggest that it is a process of wholeness. If both parties are whole and complete they are likely to be able to live together harmoniously but there may be few challenges that would be a catalyst to growth.  If such is the case, perhaps the purpose of their journey together is to mirror and teach and hold the light for others on how to achieve balance and understanding in our journey together.

If prospective partners are experiencing voids in some area of their wholeness, they will naturally attract those who can irritate these raw edges and precipitate a healing response. This assumes that both are committed to the process of growth and understanding.  Realize that this can also create a site of trauma if healing is not a common goal. It will take repeated woundings and healing to overcome the past hurts unless the balm of forgiveness is part of the process. This is an opportunity to cut through the old processing and go directly to the grace of Forgiveness to circumvent the traumas of the past.

Growth is happening at warp speed for those that have raised their frequency in concert with the new energetic template. Issues that may have taken years in the past are being healed in “miraculous time”. You may wish to check in with your Higher Self to see what issues are still outstanding only to find that many an old nemesis is no longer there.

The shift is subtle but powerful. It requires constantly checking in to see what is True and what may have dissolved and been replaced with a new version of life on earth. As you upgrade operating systems, be willing to learn new skills that correspond to a paradigm of Loving Awareness. Your old programming may need to be upgraded if you are to grow seamlessly and communicate with others around you. 

Relationships may take on a whole new configuration as we step into the concept of One.  Be open and discerning so that is the higher purpose. Ask – Is it Loving? Is it respectful? Does it support growth and understanding? Is it based upon fear or competition? Is it hurtful? This should give you a clearer sense of direction of the structures emerging in the firmament of the new world. Those that do not measure up will undoubtedly replaced with the newer model that is crafted in the vibration of Love. All else is illusion.  Is it ever so?

End Times

The end times as many call it are merely the cleanup operation of loose ends that prepare for the coming era of peace and purpose. While this still remains frightening to many since they do not know the form this will take, it is nevertheless the culmination of many eons of transformational work that has taken place on the earth plane. Though all have not made the leap for graduation of the entire class, enough are shifting their energetic bodies to carry along the stragglers until they can make the transition on their own.

That said, we would like to offer a few suggestions on how each of you might prepare for the turmoil of transition…


First, do not think that this will be an immediate change like a light switch moving from one dimension to the next. Though there will be events on a global level that will affect masses of people simultaneously, these will be the exception rather than the norm. You will have ample opportunity to move out of harms way if you choose to remain incarnate through the transition.


Second, this is not only a reordering of societies but a redistribution of resources that allow the earth to remain in balance. If you are to maintain this equilibrium, you might begin to think of ways that honor the needs of the many, rather than support the excesses of the few.


And thirdly, as priorities shift away from meeting the physical needs of changing societies, we would suggest that you concentrate on the spiritual understandings that will help reframe the groups that choose to surf the dimensional shift. This is not your father’s world any more and the things that have served in the past may no longer be valid in a society where the primary motivation is cooperation not competition. What can be done to restructure the connections of families, both nuclear and of choice so that the needs of the grouping are met on physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels? This is the greatest change that is taking place. The challenges of supply and demand are minimal when weighed against the greater needs of the people for social change and restructuring.


As new communities are formed based on common interests and desires, you are being given opportunities to define the building blocks for life lived in partnership with others. The basis of all is reverting back to experiences based on love, compassion and growth. This may be a new experience for many who have been schooled in the obsolete vestiges of past experience. That is what we mean by shift. It is moving from a football field to a basketball court and deciding what equipment to take with you and what are the new rules of the game. Undoubtedly many skills will be required for reshaping life into new modes of expression.


We have said challenge but this is also a rare opportunity for growth and expansion. You have chosen to incarnate at a time of unprecedented possibility for spiritual growth and advancement. This has been a preparation through countless lifetimes for the opportunity of transformation on a global scale. Do not let the annoyances of the physical manifestation of the process distract you from the real process of inner work that is required. That is the proverbial forest for the trees than is taking place. With a shift in attitude, this is a grand adventure unfolding before you and you have a front row seat on the process if you are willing to step forth boldly, eyes wide open and become one with the process. Allow the grace of Knowing that you are held in the hand of God and that all that is taking place will not only support but exalt you to the extent that you surrender to the Oneness of life. These are seminal times and we ask that you release your hold on the past in order to become one with the fullness of the now which is transforming through you. It is now…

Systems Upgrade

When you feel that your energetic template is being rewired, perhaps this is an indicator that all is moving higher up the vibrational ladder. As you refine the process or understanding, there are shifts in consciousness that take place in order to allow the flow of higher information. If one were to try running current of a high frequency through a system without sufficient capacity, there would obviously be a system overload.

As souls are gearing up for the dimensional shift, there are those who are feeling unexplained sleepiness as well as incongruities in their energetic bodies as new circuits come on line. Be gentle and allow the systems to adjust. The tingling sensations are merely a higher frequency that is being integrated into the molecular body. All is well and according to plan.

You will also find that your perception is being altered accordingly. While not obvious to the outside world, you are beginning to think more globally and less egocentrically. As the focus moves from the micro to the macro, you are beginning to see patterns that allow you to step up and realize the interaction, cause and affect of actions and reactions. The third-dimensional, egocentric dramas of your world pale in comparisons with the higher awareness that is shining forth and becoming one with your experience. You Know what is True and significant and allow the dramas of others to melt away into obscurity. You are truly evolving into a celestial being with a foot in each world. Time is fast approaching when all will be called to commit to which side of the widening divide to shift their weight and venture forth.

Given the significance of the choices one makes in life, it is vitally important how you communicate your Truth and intentions with others. It as if you are moving deeper into a foreign land and not only the words but the actions of the new are no longer understood by those around you. Those still operating in the realm of third-dimensional drama will be unable to understand the higher level of awareness that is now part of your being. You may choose to help them into their own higher level of perception or if they are unwilling to make this leap, step up and join hands with those already on the upward climb. This is a group process and many are choosing to be on the front-lines of altering awareness. Your adjustment to the higher frequencies has begun and these are merely symptoms of the deeper shift that is in process.

The elevated perspective can also provide an advantaged view of life gone wrong on many levels. Do you feel called to stay and help rewire the worn-out mechanisms of society or to move forward unencumbered, knowing that in the New World you will be given the opportunity to reframe life in a whole new way? Again, choices and observations that are leading you in new directions.

The forming vestiges of society are reshaping into ones of a more communal nature. We are being called into service to extend the mantle of Love to those around us on the path. It is also becoming readily apparent that we are our brothers keeper and he ours. As the oneness of the various cells in the body of God struggle to revision their divinity we are called to come together in that quest. To heal the dis-ease of ignorance and illusion will require that we offer our assistance to those in need of Love and comfort. The Love and acceptance of those around us may be the rising tide that will lift all ships over the dam of disharmony and despair. How you show up Lovingly in the lives of others is indicative of the commitment you have made to the process of enlightenment. The difference is merely a matter of releasing the old patterns and accepting the new possibilities of growth and awareness. The pain that one suffers is mitigated by the Love one is willing to accept for themselves and reflect to others. All else is smoke and mirrors.

While this may sound like a smoke screen that is obscuring the “faults” of society, it is in fact an opportunity to grow and create a greater vision of a world of possibilities. In unlocking the door of negativity and allowing the stagnant fumes to escape, one is able to breathe fresh air into prospects that have been sidelined as “impractical” or too anything that dampens enthusiasm. This is a time of possibilities and magic unfolding for those who are upgrading their perceptions.

How do you wish to feel when the dust has settled and the battles are over? If Love is the goal, how do you go about preparing for and allowing this to become the focus of your life? If this is the substance of life, how do you use Love as a building block for all of creation. What in your life is worn out and does not have the patina of the new energetic body? You are being called into the darkness with the Light-vision goggles of inner Knowing. As long as you carry a torch of Love, you are not only protected but assured of a safe arrival.
